FINESTFOG water purification system

FINESTFOG supplies compact, ready-to-go water purification units based on reverse osmosis: Water is forced through a semipermeable membrane. Solids, eg, magnesium, calcium, microorganisms and other contaminants, are almost completely removed and discharged as a concentrate. The remaining purified water - up to 99% free of mineral salts and practically free of microorganisms - is suitable for many applications. Highly efficient humidification systems, for instance, in quality-conscious printing works, are supplied with pure water by FINESTFOG water purification units. The same unit supplies the conditioned process water for the printing presses.

Osmosis unit - ample pure water, minimal wastewater

The FINESTFOG osmosis module is at the heart of the water purification system. Its high-quality composite membrane is guaranteed for high efficiency over a long service life.

The open design of the unit makes it easy to monitor performance. Flow meters for permeate (purified water) and concentrate (wastewater) supply information on operating efficiency. A conductivity sensor ensures the highest water quality. A pre-alarm and alarm provide ample warning of rising conductivity. All operating parameters can be called up on a digital display.

There is no risk of water becoming recontaminated, because this is a closed system with only a small buffer tank. An integrated UV sterilization system at the end of the process gives double surety that there are no microorganisms left in the treated water.
